Morphic is lead by Jill Whitelaw, the founding Director and creator of the Morphic business team coaching approach. Jill’s career has been steered by a life-long passion for understanding people through observing, measuring and predicting human attitudes and behaviour.
Jill has spent over 20 years in employee and consumer research practice. She has considerable hands-on experience in team leadership and motivation, client handling, project management and strategy development. She was one of the pioneers of mystery shopping in the UK, establishing a division for the worlds largest research agency. Her independent practice integrated strategy, consumer research, performance measurement, employee training and business impact analysis.

A highly capable facilitator; she is a fully qualified coach holding the Advanced Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from OSCM Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring, as well as a Masters Degree in Project Management.

Jill is a Founding Associate of CAPP (Centre for Applied Positive Psychology) and is active in the promoting application of strengths based approach in the work place.

Jill is EMCC committee member and is currently collaborating with David Clutterbuck on a research project sponsored by the EMCC.
